Cancellations

• No-shows without notice: Full service fee may be charged

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

Payments and Pricing

• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes

• 30-day satisfaction guarantee on our standard services
• Free follow-up adjustment within 15 days of service

This warranty does not cover:

• Problems resulting from new equipment added to the network
• Damage caused by user error, accidents, or environmental factors
• Service issues related to your internet service provider

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetXRedis shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for the specific service in question
• Issues caused by third-party products or services, including your internet service provider
• Network security breaches or data loss occurring after our services
